Destiney

Destiney….. sweet, kind, frustrating Destiney.  Dusk likes Destiney a lot.  She thinks she’s a good friend and a talented healer.  That’s a big part of what frustrates her so much about Destiney.  She’s seen flashes of the metal inside Destiney, that strength and fire that impresses her so much but it’s only in flashes.  She would see that woman come more to the fore and let the girlish behaviors she’s seen from Dest fall away.  She is certain that Destiney has the strength and will to be a great force in the world but she worries that her tendency to run herself down could be her undoing.  That all ties into the Leera business as well where she see’s Destiney tying up her sense of self into a Monster that Dusk is certain is going to hurt her in the end. 

Lancefer

Lancefer is someone she still doesn’t really know all that well.  Though he shares the same first name (or close enough) as her first love Lancifer she has no romantic inclination to the man.  Apart from the fact that he apparently heeded her advice she has no other real basis for an opinion on him.  Still, he did what she told him to do so that’s a +1 in Dusk’s book.
