*Cough* Well, as much as it pains me to admit it, I am rather surprised you all
accepted my invitation a third time. Let’s begin with
the obvious question. As usual, we will go around the table.

What is it that prompts you to answer these questions?

Dest: “To be polite of course.”
Stefan: “Because my sister is making me…” A long stare at Destiney who just shrugs.
Lance: “I see no reason why I can not. It makes no difference really.”
Alex: ”I’m just bored as hell.”
Marielle: Just a simple shrug, not a real answer.

Alright. Well, now that we have that settled, let’s get into the list
of questions our readers have, yes? Great.

Imagine a future point in your life where all your dreams come true.
It’s the greatest moment in your life and you get to experience it with -one-
person. Who’s standing next to you?

Dest: “Syluss of course. I want that future to be with him.”
Stefan: “Does a carbuncle count? No? Hmm…” Frowns in thought. “Perhaps Miss Narhi then.”
Lance: “Miu. No one else.”
Alex: “Hells if I know. I ain’t making bets on the damn unknown.”
Marielle: Taps a long nail against her chin while thinking. “Maybe my new friend Bodge. Or perhaps another friend I make along the way. It is not something I can be clear on at this time.”

On an average day, what can be found in your pockets?

Dest: “Probably a candy of some sort. Some gil.”
Stefan: “Papers. Small alchemy ingredients.”
Lance: “A biscuit. A bit of gil. Matches. Normally useful stuff. Especially around Coerthas.”
Alex: “Gil. Smokes and matches. Sometimes a flask with rum or whiskey.”
Marielle: “Herbs. I like to gather them as I wander. They make good poultices or medicines.”

What’s a body part that you wouldn’t mind losing?

Dest: “Maybe a finger or a toe. Nothing major. You did not say it had to be big.”
Stefan: “None.” Crosses his arms and frowns. Refusing to deal with this question further.
Lance: “There is not a part I am going to mind losing. I am a knight. I need most of my body to function at top shape.”
Alex: “Hells no. I nearly lost a hand already. Go to hell.”
Marielle: “I have already lost much in terms of my own body. We shall leave it at that. Granted the loss is hopefully temporary. If I can find a way to remove this curse.”

What are three labels that you identify with?

Dest: “Healer. Shroudling. Adventurer.”
Stefan: “Reseacher. Arcanist. Alchemist.”
Lance: “Knight. Ishgardian. Honorable.”
Alex: “Mercenary. Wanted.” He looks around at the other before adding in a voice that wouldn’t be heard by them. “Lost.”
Marielle: “Dragon. Herbalist. Cursed.”

Do you believe in soulmates?

Dest: “Of course I do. I think Menphina meant for Syl and I to find each other.”
Stefan: “No. That is such a foolish notion.”
Lance: “Yes and no. It’s hard to explain perhaps.”
Alex: “Hells no. Women just like to break hearts.”
Marielle: “Not really no. I believe in Mates but not Soulmates.”

What is the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen?

Dest: “Why just pick one? There are plenty of beautiful moments and things in our world. It’s a shame to decide solely on one.”
Stefan: “Sunrise over ruins that I am about to explore.”
Lance: “Miu. Not just looks. Miu’s soul.”
Alex: “I tell you when I see it.”
Marielle: “A thunderstorm. All those glorious bolts of lightening.”

What single act are you most ashamed of?

Dest: “Killing several Imperial soldiers in revenge.”
Stefan: “Running away from home and taking this long to return.”
Lance: “Not being able to do more for Lord Chlodebaimt.”
Alex: “Betraying the first friend I ever had to keep him safe.”
Marielle: “Ending up cursed. I was a fool who trusted too easily.”

What do you wish you had more time for?

Dest: “Everything. What? It’s hard to pick something in general.”
Stefan: “Research. There is not enough hours in the day.”
Lance: “Miu and friends. I’ve spent so many years being a good knight that I feel I’ve missed out on some things.”
Alex: “I don’t know.” A simple shrug before lighting up a smoke. “I already pretty much do what I want.”
Marielle: “To fly again.”

What are some skills that you think everyone should learn?

Dest: “First aid. If you’re hurt or someone you know is hurt. At least then you might be able to save their life till a healer can see to them.”
Stefan: “Reading?” He shrugs and looks bored.
Lance: “Self defense. Being able to defend yourself is extremely good. Especially in areas that are less then friendly.”
Alex: “Hunting. Cause the world ain’t rainbows and damn butterflies. You do what you need to survive sometimes.”
Marielle: “Herbs and plants. Knowing what is edible and what is not. Knowing what could make a good poultice to help someone who is hurt.”

How good of a dancer are you?

Dest: “Well… I guess decent. I’ve never really put much effort into dancing. I haven’t stepped on anyone’s toes yet though.”
Stefan: “I do not dance.”
Lance: “If it is dancing at Ishgardian parties, then I am a good dancer. Some of the dances from elsewhere… Not so good.”
Alex: “Do we mean verbal dancing or physical? Depends on the type. I ain’t so good with the damn verbal shit. I’m good with certain actual dances but not many.”
Marielle: “Not really. I do not understand the concept of dance.”

Do you have any good luck charms or rituals?

Dest: “I used to have this necklace with a bit of green stone. I’m unsure where it went. I’m beginning to think Lady might have eaten it… Syl said he’d make me some sort of charm though.”
Stefan: “I have a sort of routine. I do not like it being interrupted because it throws off my whole day.”
Lance: “I keep a small bit of stone from the Steel Vigil as well as I go back to pray at least once a year. I like to believe Halone watches over the faithful.”
Alex: “Stupid snowman toy…” A soft grumble as he looks towards his bag. Totally wasn’t going to openly admit it was a sort of charm for him.
Marielle: “I have a small white gem one of the dragonets gave to me before I left. I keep it close.”

Worst injury you have had?

Dest: “Would have to be the stab wound to my chest that nearly killed me.”
Stefan: “Not discussing it.”
Lance: “Probably the wound to my thigh from the attack on the Steel Vigil. I still have the scar from it.”
Alex: “Can we say bleeding out from two days of torture? I think we can.” Total sarcasm…
Marielle: “My back was wounded when I left Dravania. It was how I found the kindly old woman who took me in for a time before she was killed. It is too long a story to discuss here.”

Who influenced your personality growing up?

Dest: “My parents. I like to think I take after both of them in some regards.”
Stefan: “Uncle Ricard.”
Lance: “The people of House Haillenarte.”
Alex: “My mentor for the most part. Asshole.”
Marielle: “I am not sure what that means. I am me. No one influenced me.”

If you could remove one emotion from your life, which would you choose?

Dest: “None really. All the emotions we feel? They are part of what makes us who we are. Without those? We’d be less then what we are meant to be.”
Stefan: “Regret.”
Lance: “Rage.”
Alex: “Love. Cause it’s damned complicated.”
Marielle: “Fear.”
