“Of course I believe in Karma. I am not perfect though so I’m sure I’ll pay in time for any mistakes I’ve made.” She says with a warm smile. That smile dulls a bit before her next words. “I still pay for some of them in fact though things have gotten better. I’ll just keep trying my best to be a better person then I used to be.”

“Karma? Not really. Halone and her divine justice? Most definitely.” He answers casually with a dismissive wave of his hand. “Unless karma is something the Goddess is dishing out I do not believe in it. I do my best not to disgrace the Fury. Or House Haillenarte.”

Muse’s Opinion

”Night time. Definitely. Granted night makes it harder for reading unless you have a light. But then the light ruins the chance at staring up at the stars in the sky. I much prefer being able to look up at the starry sky. Something about it I find soothing. It is something I find myself doing especially when I find I cannot sleep because the nightmares will not allow it. Though more often lately I have been able to enjoy them without the nightmares giving me the reason to. It reminds me of nights with Leon. Just sitting with him under the stars as being near him helped me fall back to sleep.”

“Sunset or Sunrise. Both are particularly beautiful settings. Watching the sky shade through different colors as the time changes. Knowing that a day is either ending or beginning. Either alone or with company is fine. Though the solitude is sometimes very much welcome after a hard day of patrols.”

Muse’s Opinion

“I do not like liars. Not a single bit. If you can not be honest to my face how can I trust anything you say? I would much rather someone be honest then lie to me. I do not care how painful the truth might be. If you can not be truthful then say nothing rather then lie to me. If you lie an I find out you better have a good reason to explain why.“

“Sometimes lies are a necessary evil. Not one I advocate without reason mind you. There better be a damned good reason to lie to a person. Like if the lie might protect the person from harm. As I find myself doing to protect my cousin. I would never lie without good reason. I value my honor as a knight an wish to serve House Haillenarte in the best way possible. To lie without good cause would besmirch that honor. At least in my eyes it would.”
