🐮: Which of your muses is the strongest?

Depends on your definition of strongest honestly. Each has something they are stronger at then the other two.

Lance is the strongest physically and emotionally. He grew up in Ishgard and serves in Coerthas after the fall of the Steel Vigil. The men in his family expect strength an steel from the boys.

Dest is the strongest magically. The other two have very little to no skill in magic or manipulating aether. Yet Dest has the strongest heart when it comes to caring about others.

Karigan is the strongest when it comes to speed an cunning. She is extremely light on her feet an quick to look for openings in a fight. Though that does sometimes backfire on her for sheer bad luck.

So each has something they are strongest at. It’s not something I can easily pick between.

Definitely not Karigan. Dest is too much like myself. I’d have to go with Lance. He’d be the one to pick me up when I get into one of my depressed moods. He’d be the one to protect me from danger. Not to mention he’s really good looking which is an added bonus. Overall Lance would be my personal preference. I need someone who is emotionally stronger then myself. Now excuse me while I go bury my head under a pillow to hide. XD

Karigan definitely. She is a more morally grey character then my other two. Constantly in trouble an letting people goad her. She does things her way an doesn’t always use her head. So her an I would probably not always see eye to eye. She means well most of the time but she is still not someone I would personally get along with all the time.

Easy. Lancefer. He’s the oldest an most mature of the three though Dest is in a close second. Lance takes his role as a knight very seriously. He may put up a front of an easy smile an joking behavior but he will be totally serious in a heartbeat if the situation calls for it. He bears a lot of heavy responsibility. So while he might wear a mask of someone more light hearted he is a very mature person overall.

Dest still has too many personal issues to beat him in being the most mature. But she can be very mature when the situation demands it.

I feel sometimes I get repetitive with words. Especially on game. I’m trying to think quickly an my brain doesn’t always keep up well enough for me to think of a different word to use. So I feel I can sometimes be a tad bland with being so repetitive an not as descriptive. Sometimes even off the game I catch myself not being nearly as detailed as I would love to be. So I would like to be better at that.

As for trope/plot stuff… My favorite has always been unlikely allies who have to work together for a common goal an in that process become closer, even friends or lovers. (Such as my RP pal an my cousin once shipped Richter Belmont of Castlevania and Clare of Claymore in our old RP.) Only once has one of my stories with that sort of plot reached completion an even then the ending was lack luster because we had lost too many players at that point because of life. Though I am always overly disappointed when a plot reaches it’s completion. Mostly because it means that story is usually over.

12. Why do you roleplay?

Because I love to be creative. Writing for an RP is like an interactive story. There are so many unknown variables you can’t account for like you can writing alone. It keeps things interesting because you can’t always predict what that other person might say or do. An then you have to think of how your character is going to respond to whatever happened. Sometimes it’s easy an other times it makes you really stop an think. I enjoy writing stories with others. It’s just way more fun then writing alone.

That one is extremely easy for me. My email penpal in the Philippines. He was my long time RP partner though we don’t RP much anymore because life an such. I ran a cross-over style RP years ago on Yahoo Groups. He joined as Mack from Command & Conquer. His writing was always better then mine back then. I always wanted to improve because of him. I wanted to write better and with more detail. Yet he stuck it out with me for so many years despite my weak start in RPing. He has been the best RP partner a girl could have asked for back then. We always shot emails back an forth over our favorite ships an various other things. So my drive to push forward an try to improve was fueled by him. ❤

(Oh gosh. If we mean relationships as in dating Dest hasn’t had any unhealthy ones she refused to break off. If we’re talking friendships then she has one currently. Her friendship with Leera. It’s not exactly a healthy relationship for her. Not when it puts her at odds with her company mates at times. Yet she refuses to break off the friendship, insisting there is something worth saving in Leera. Even if it will mean standing against people she considers friends at times. Like Felix.)

(Lance hasn’t had many romantic relationships either. But his relationship with his family is unhealthy. It has been for years. Yet they are his family. So he tries to tough it out. Doesn’t help he feels his options of where to turn are limited. Not that he wishes to burden others. So far only Tara and Miu has he trusted enough to tell of his family an they way they treat him.)

(Ah an there is the problem. Dest doesn’t really trust her instincts very well. She really should. Otherwise she might approach some situations a bit better. Such as dealing with Leera. She thinks more with her head or heart but rarely pays much attention to instincts. No wonder she gets herself into such trouble. Okay maybe once in a while she does. She felt like Nate was a good person. She trusted the way she felt about him after just meeting him once. An now he is part of the Order. As well as a very dear friend.)

The Magician in Reverse: When was your character manipulated? (I love this question!)

(Actually she is currently being manipulated. She just can’t see it because she wants to believe Leera has something in him worth redeeming. He totally enjoyed watching her the day she had a verbal fight with Felix and Dusk. She even went as far as to contact him over the linkpearl he left her, giving him details of a conversation she overheard between Oni, Frost, and Aimee. Oni and Aimee are supposed to be her friends and allies. Yet she gave up the information easily that night. Warning him. Even if Leera does has some sliver of feelings towards her, he is still generally not a very nice person. He is toying with her though she thinks he does care about her. What his evil plans with using her are I couldn’t tell you. Could merely be for entertainment. Getting to watch her break like glass.)
